We have received some fabulous entries to date, and the judging panel have had great difficulty in picking from all the great submissions.

$2000 has been given away already, but don’t stop sending your pictures through, as there is no limit to how many winners there can be!

Here are a few ‘tips’ on how to set your image apart from the others...

P Be mindful that the image strongly represents the destination. Some of our entries received have been spectacular images, but they don’t clearly depict the destination! (e.g.: Could it be a beach scene anywhere? Ensure your photo is unique or includes something that specifically relates to the destination).
 

P Have a look at the ‘Image/Photo Gallery’ on each of the Resort’s website, to get a feel for the sample of images we already have in our library. Try and ensure the picture you are submitting, is not too similar to what we have already.
 

P Ensure the picture is of good quality and in focus. If your image is picked, you will need to provide a high resolution version.

Best of luck, and keep those images coming in...In particular from anyone who has been ‘on location’ in Kununurra, as we have not had many Kununurra submissions.

MAKE SOME CASH ON YOUR HOLIDAY!!

Send us your best holiday memories of your visit with us and if selected by our judges, we will pay you $300 for a photo and $500 for your video footage!
 
Capturing your memories on film is a great part of being on holiday, especially when you are surrounded by the natural beauty of Kununurra, Monkey Mia and Ningaloo Reef.  It is often our guests who capture the most special moments at our resorts; from the striking rock formations of the east Kimberley, the miles of crystal blue waters and marine life at Ningaloo or the magical Dolphin encounters of Shark Bay. 

We have seen some impressive work behind the lens... And now Aspen Resorts is giving you the chance to win fabulous cash prizes, don’t let your beautiful images and footage go to waste!

If you have some fantastic photos or video footage of your holiday at one of our resorts, we would love you to share them with us.  Lucky recipients of the cash prizes will have their footage published on our website and YouTube channel.

Terms and Conditions

Thank you for submitting your photo or video for Aspen Resorts to consider as part of its ‘Video and Photo Competition’.

• Not all videos and/or photos submitted to Aspen Resorts will be selected for purchase.  If your photo and/or video is selected you will be notified in writing confirming your successful submission.  NOTE: Only successful submissions will be emailed.
• Upon the acceptance of your submission Aspen Resorts will organise direct payment for the use of the photo and/or video.  In submitting and upon acceptance of your photo and/or image you agree with the following terms and conditions of use and ownership.
• In an instance where a guest has submitted more than one photo and the judging panel select more than one image as a winner the prize allocation will be -

  1 image - $300.00

  2 images from same guest - $400.00 total purchase

  3 or more images from same entrant - $500.00 total purchase

Upon payment, you provide all copyright ownership to Aspen Resorts including the following:

• All rights to photo and/or video will be given to Aspen Resorts for commercial use as we see fit upon cash payment.
• No claim can be made by person/persons submitting video and or image once that one off payment has been made.
• No image/video with copyright attachments/conditions will be considered.
• Images and or videos must be in compatible format which needs to be at a minimum resolution for use.
• No acknowledgement or credit of photo and/or video will be made in our commercial use of this video/image.
• The use of the photo and/or image is not bound by a timeframe.
• The photo and/or video must be of one of the Aspen Resort destinations being:  Monkey Mia, Kununurra or Ningaloo (Coral Bay).  Photos can include (but not limited to) the Resort, landscape and the various activities at the destination.
• Please provide a short 10 word caption explaining the photo and/or video upon electronic submission.
• Only electronic submissions will be accepted.
• In accepting payment from Aspen Resorts, you agree to the above terms and conditions.
